General Rules
  • On School days and functions, wearing of School uniform is compulsory. Students who are shabbily dressed or with unkempt appearance will have their parents called to School to take them back home.
  • Any damage done in the class or about the premises has to be made good. The Principal is the sole judge regarding the amount to be paid.
  • Silence must be observed in the corridors and on the stairs during class hours. There should be no loud talking in between periods.
  • Students are responsible for the safe custody of their belongings. Though effort will be made to recover lost articles, the School cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of books, money or other belongings.
  • Students are prohibited from wearing Chains and Rings. Fancy watches are not allowed to be worn in School, and will be confiscated.
  • Strict regularity, implicit obedience, politeness and courtesy in speech and conduct, and cleanliness of books, dress and person are rigidly insisted upon.
  • Mobile Phones are not permitted in the School premises. Any student found carrying a Mobile Phone, the phone will be confiscated and a heavy penalty will be levied on the parents.
  • A student who is unwell should not be sent to School. The School is not responsible for medical attendance of such a student. In case of emergency, Medical fees and transport charges will be borne by the parents. Students suffering from contagious or infectious diseases, are not permitted to attend the School.
  • Parents or Guardians can meet the teacher, only with the prior permission of the Principal and should never be approached at their residence.
  • Every student must possess a copy of the Calendar at the beginning of the year. The Calendar must be brought to School daily and should be maintained carefully. If the Student misuses her Calendar or loses it, a new copy is issued to her against payment of its cost and an additional penalty prescribed by the Principal. Whenever a Student reports to the Principal for any reason whatsoever, she must carry her Calendar with her.
  • A Student who comes to School without Calendar will not be admitted to class and will be marked absent.
  • No visitors may enter the teaching blocks without the Principal's permission.
